You’re not sure whether the office space you looked at will work for you. The broker scribbled a layout on a napkin to show you how you could use the odd angular space. It’s a few quadrilaterals on a piece of paper. You’re not sure what to make of it.

This happened to my client. He was interested in a new office space but couldn’t figure out whether it would work for him.

He hired me to do a test fit.

The shape of the space was tricky but I managed to fit in everything he was looking for.

The broker had put the conference room in the corner. I gave him the corner office instead.

His response: "This is great and a very creative idea. I love that you made the corner office mine and also moved the conference room to a less 'prime' location but will still get plenty of light."

I just found out he bought the office.
